श्रीराम हिन्दुस्तान के आदर्श क्यों हैं? Why is Shri Ram the ideal of India?

सिंहासन के लिये पिता और भाई की हत्या करने वाले राजा तो इतिहास में भरे पड़े हैं, लेकिन जिसके लिये प्रजा स्वयं मरने-मारने को खडी हो वो पिता के वचन का मान रखने के लिये सिंहासन को ठोकर मार दे। - ये पुत्र का आदर्श रूप ही तो है।

The kings who killed the father and brother for the throne are full of history, but for which the people themselves have to die, they should stumble on the throne in order to keep the father's promise.  - This is the ideal form of a son.

जिस समय में बहुपत्नी परंपरा थी उस समय एक पत्नीव्रत रखा। पत्नी का हरण हुआ तब भी दूसरी शादी ना करके सिया को पाने के लिये लंका तक पर चढ़ाई कर दी। - ये एक पति का आदर्श रूप है।

In the time when there was polyandry tradition, he kept a wife.  Even after the wife was killed, she did not get a second marriage and climbed up to Lanka to get Sia.  - This is the ideal form of a husband.

जो क्षत्रिय कुल में जन्म लेकर निषाद और केवट को दोस्ती का वचन देकर और भिलनी के घर खाना खाकर जातिवाद पर प्रहार किया। - ये समानता का आदर्श रूप है।

Those who took birth in the Kshatriya clan attacked Nishad and Kewat on casteism by pledging friendship and eating food at Bhilani's house.  - This is the ideal form of equality.

जिसके मित्र इंसान ही नहीं पक्षी (गरुणराज) और वानर भी हों। - ये पर्यावरण प्रेमी का आदर्श रूप है।

Whose friends are not only humans but also birds (Garunaraja) and apes.  - This is the ideal form of eco-lover.

जिसकी शक्ति को सागर और सूर्य भी नमन करते हों उसने कभी किसी निर्बल के खिलाफ शक्ति का प्रयोग नहीं किया। जिसे अपनी क्षमता और शक्तियों पर लेशमात्र का घमण्ड नहीं था। - ये भारतीय सभ्यता का आदर्श रूप है।

Whose power is saluted by the ocean and the sun, he never used power against a weak person.  Who was not proud of his power and power.  - This is the ideal form of Indian civilization.

श्रीराम ने अपने शत्रु रावण का वध करने के बाद अपने छोटे भाई को रावण के पास भेजा ये कहकर कि वो बहुत ज्ञानी हैं। वो शत्रुओं का भी सम्मान करते थे। - ये मानवता का आदर्श रूप है।

Shriram, after killing his enemy Ravana, sent his younger brother to Ravana, saying that he is very knowledgeable.  He also respected enemies.  - This is the ideal form of humanity.

प्रभू श्रीराम ने अपने जीवन में कभी भी संघर्षों के मुँह नहीं मोड़ा, जीवन ने उन्हें जो दिया वो सहर्ष स्वीकार किया। - ये जीवन की महत्ता का आदर्श रूप है।

Prabhu Shriram never in his life turned to face struggles, life happily accepted what he gave to him.  - It is the ideal form of importance of life.

प्रभु श्रीराम भगवान होने के कारण नहीं बल्कि अपने आदर्शों, त्याग, समर्पण,सरलता जैसे गुणों के कारण मर्यादापुरुषोत्तम कहलाये थे। 

Prabhu Shriram was called Maryadapurushottam not because of being God but because of his ideals, sacrifice, dedication, simplicity.
